You may also register by mail by printing the conference brochure and completing the paper registration form.
- Conference fee: $175 including two lunches and Sunday reception.
Forms of Payment:
We accept credit card, debit card, and check as valid forms of payment. Payment is due no later than the last day of the conference.
Credit Card
You may pay with a credit card (Visa, MC, Discover) during the registration process. The charge on your credit card will appear as "Advocacy Days."
Check:
Your registration is not complete until we receive payment. If you wish to pay at a later date, please make checks payable to Church World Service, and write "EAD" or "Ecumenical Advocacy Days" in the memo line. Mail to:

Hotel Reservations
Visit the Location and Housing page for information on how to make your reservation at the Doubletree, Crystal City. The room block will fill up quickly so make your reservation as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your registration anytime before February 19, 2011; however, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed. You will receive a check by mail for your registration payment minus the cancellation fee. Cancellation requests after February 19, 2011 will receive no refund. You may select an alternate attendee in your place.
