Ecumenical Advocacy Days 2016 – “Lift Every Voice! Racism, Class and Power” – continued on Saturday, April 16 with a morning policy plenary, focusing on legislative issues related to EAD’s 2016 Congressional Advocacy Day ask, a lunchtime plenary featuring noted children’s advocate Marian Wright Edelman discussing “The Cradle to Prison Pipeline,” issue workshops, state breakout sessions, denominational gatherings, and sponsor events, receptions and dinners.
