Confronting the Triple Threat in Ethiopia: The Role of Faith-Based Reconciliation in the Conflict and Protest Against Land Grab in Oromia and Amhara Regions

A roundtable will highlight the impact of Land Grab on major populations and communities in Ethiopia, and discuss the reconciliation efforts of faith based communities ̶ Christian, Muslim, and Traditional Oromo Spiritual Values with a strong Creation Care practices ̶ in light of militarized government response to non-violent protests against Land Grab in Oromia and Amnhara Regions of Ethiopia. It will explore new strategies for moving the parties and the reconciliation process forward.
