Ecumenical Advocacy Days is honored to announce that Rev. Dr. E. Michelle Ledder will speak at our Saturday closing plenary.

Rev. Dr. E. Michelle Ledder is an ordained Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church, serving as an Assistant Minister at Metropolitan AME Church in Washington, D.C., where Rev. William H. Lamar IV is pastor. She is dual-degreed by Emory University, earning her M.Div. in 2010 and Ph.D. in 2022. Ledder is co-founder of Anti-Racism 4REALS, LLC, a training and consulting firm teaching organizations who are radically committed to anti-oppression to interrupt and dismantle racism. She and her business partner, Rev. Sheila M. Beckford, have co-written 2 books published by Chalice Press: Anti-Racism 4REALS: Real Talk with Real Strategies in Real Time for Real Change (2021) and Doing Anti-Racist Business (2023). Michelle lives in Baltimore, Md. with her pit-boxer mix, Cashmere.
