Global conflicts, challenges to human and civil rights, and deep divisions in our public life call us to tap the power of our spiritual practices and strengthen our capacity to hold conversations and dialogue across the many differences of our experiences. In order for us to continue the work of creating Beloved Community, we must increase our ability to listen, understand, analyze and empathize with those who have difference social identities and worldviews.
